Borrowers.


In accordance with the GDPR, we may process your Personal Data for specific purposes related to the administration, recovery and/or collection of the debt positions which we service. Your Personal Data, such as identification data, contact details and information about you that can be found in the documentation provided by your creditor, will be processed in accordance with applicable laws as well as the contractual provisions governing our servicing relationship. It is important to note that the controller of your Personal Data for all these purposes remains your creditor. In our role as servicer, we may receive your Personal Data from such creditor. We may as well receive Personal Data directly from you in the context of our business, which will be collected and processed as part of our communication with you and used for the specific purpose of facilitating debt recovery and collection negotiations. 


Profiling and automated decision-making.


Reviva does not use data profiling or automated decision-making as per Art. 22 and recital 71 of the GDPR. 


Data security and retention.



We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your Personal Data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. We have also put in place procedures to deal with any suspected Personal Data breach.


Sending information over the internet to us is generally not completely secure, and we can’t guarantee the security of your data while it’s in transit. We have procedures and security features in place to keep your data secure once we receive it.


We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purpose of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
