Reviva is licensed in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) as a Professional of the Financial Sector (PSF) to exercise the activities of “debt recovery” in accordance with Art. 28-3, “client communication agents” in accordance with Art. 29-1 and “administrative agents of the financial sector” in accordance with Art 29-2, as set out in the law of 5 April 2003 on the financial sector, as amended.
